Wowee! What an amazing week!

This Monday, 61Syx Teknique Street Dance Academy took the streets of Zeeland for Zeelmania! The weather was nice enough to clear up for us right at the last minute! We took place under a small tent, and got down for smaller crowds! Including a workshop for about 10 different children!

Wednesday was the FINAL Blues on the Mall for the year, this year 61Syx SDA were raising money for the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital! With large crowds this year, 61Syx raised over 500 Dollars for the Hospital in only 5 weeks of performing! This past week brought friends from Mt. Pleasant, Lansing, and Kentwood all down to Blues to get down! Thank you to everyone who came and supported/donated to the cause. Your contributions mean alot to both 61Syx, and HDVC!

Check out a quick clip of what happens down every other wednesday!

Thursday again we got lucky with the weather clearing up last minute as we took the Streets in Holland for the Street Performers Series! Performing in front of pretty big groups at a time, The crew took shelter under an awning and had a blast rocking it out for everyone!

Here’s a small video of Dystraktion of 61Syx Teknique SDA in Holland!

This Saturday Seoul took place in Grand Rapid’s Got Talent. A Local talent competition held at the Civic Theatre. This competition showcased talent from dancers to musicians, jugglers to bands! Although, Seoul did not place, there were alot of connections made! Congratulations to all of the performers on helping put together an amazing show! Here’s a clip of back in the Green Room with Deavondre Jones and some of his crew!

Seoul is headed off to Chicago tomorrow for the 2v2 Korean Fest battle hosted by Stylin’ Out! See you Tomorrow Chicago!
