Black Attack has been a face of the Chicago and Midwest Breakin’ Community for a very long time. We’re excited to announce that he will be coming up to Grand Rapids for a workshop focusing on one of the assets that made him such a monster. Power!
“We will be covering power and freezes, and catering the moves that we work on to the breakers who are attending the workshop. I will also be going over the importance of conditioning, stretching, and consistency when it comes to gaining more power, balance, and control within your movements.” – Black Attack
